I love this chocolate moose. Its sugar free, vegan, low carb and ketogenic.
I have it for breakfast with a big scoop of Coconut yogurt. It also makes the perfect snack or after dinner dessert.

Serves 1
Ingredients:
1 large ripe avocado
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/4 cup + 1tbs dairy free milk
2 tbs Natvia natural stevia or erythritol
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 tbs cacao nibs * optional
Method:
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Serve in a small bowl or cup and top with a TBS of cacao nibs.
If you do not follow a sugar free diet you may choose to add, honey, maple syrup or rice malt instead. If you use a liquid sweetener add less dairy free milk.
